Raseko Talot is Raseko’s concept and product brand for the construction of detached houses, where the detached houses built by Raseko are viewed from a lifecycle perspective in accordance with the value-based construction model that fits Raseko’s values (competence, entrepreneurial spirit, proximity to life and responsibility).
Raseko Talot are built with an emphasis on ecological and sustainable construction while respecting individuality. The value-based approach takes into account the environmental impact of construction, the efficient use of resources and the well-being of future generations by paying particular attention to

- energy efficiency
- optimising the carbon footprint
- sustainable use of resources
- respect for the ecosystem, and
- life-cycle thinking.
Raseko’s students in building construction and electrical engineering acquire their skills not only in partner companies through training and apprenticeship contracts, but also on Raseko’s own construction sites. In addition to foundation, frame and roofing work, for example, they learn about responsible construction and ethical site management.
Raseko Talot coming up for sale
Next up for sale will be three 2-storey detached houses in Kuuanlaakso, Raisio. The houses have a living area of 147 m2 and different types of outbuildings: one has a carport + storage room, one has a carport + sauna + terrace and one has a carport + storage room + sauna + sauna room.
